The Company may be required to collect cancellation fees from the Client in the event that the Client agrees to change or cancel his or her reservation for any reason, including illness, death, accident, or other personal reasons such as failing to pay the remaining balance:

When a Cancellation is made	Charges
Prior to 46 days from the date of departure	Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
Between 45 - 31 days from the date of departure	75% of the holiday cost
Between 30 or below from the date of departure	100% of the holiday cost

The services are scheduled several months in advance, and depending on when the cancellation is made to the Supplier, the Company may lose money if such services are canceled for a certain departure. As a result, the company's cancellation policies will apply to any cancelled tours or services. In addition to the terms and conditions set out by the company, the terms and conditions and cancellation policy of the third party you reserve a product or service from will also apply. Any cancellation of a trip or service must be made in writing and must provide a detailed explanation of the cancellation. You specifically accept the terms mentioned above.
Any Tour may be canceled by the firm up to departure, for any cause, at any time. In such a case, all of your payments will be immediately and entirely reimbursed in Indian Rupees alone; no compensation would be due. Any additional expenses or fees associated with the issue and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other arrangements made outside of the company are not covered by the firm's insurance.

The cancellation policy mentioned above is a general one that may vary according on the trip date, destination, package, and services that are reserved and paid for. The cancellation policy mentioned above might not apply to dynamic properties and confirmed reservations, and it might change.
